The Community Integrated Employment Program involves Trained State Certified Employment Specialists assisting individuals in locating jobs in the communities in which they live.
This is accomplished through:Defining the right job for the individual
Developing a resume
Finding the employer that needs the individual skills
Completing the application process
Getting hired
After the employee is fully trained, the Employment Training Specialists (ETS) will continue to provide supportive services to ensure that all parties are satisfied.
Currently we have program participants placed in such businesses as Braums, McDonalds, Oklahoma Waste Management, Pizza Hut, Spanish Cove, Sonic and Wal-Mart.
